The Romanian National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR) received six bids for the construction of the second, 14.4-kilometer segment of the Craiova-Filiași e-vignette, with a contractual value of 1.96 billion RON. This was announced by the Minister of Transport, Sorin Grindeanu, and CNAIR's head, Cristian Pistol. The submitted bids were as follows: - A consortium led by DANLIN XXL S.R.L., involving GOTT STRASSE S.R.L., EUROCERAD INTERNATIONAL S.R.L., PERFECT CONSULT EUROPE S.R.L., PATSTROY VDH EAD, and BITUMINA GMBH BULGARIA EOOD, in collaboration with Romania and Bulgaria. -
The collaboration formed by DRUM ASFALT SRL and AUTOMAGISTRAL PIVDEN SRL, representing Romania and Ukraine. - The cooperation between IC IÇTAŞ INŞAAT SANAYI VE TICARET A.Ş. and ROTARY CONSTRUCTII MENTENANTA, with the participation of Turkey and Romania. - The consortium of NUROL CONSTRUCTION S.A. and NUROL INSAAT VE TICARET A.S., as a joint project of Romania and Turkey. - The team led by OZALTIN INSAAT TICARET VE SANAYI A.S., with the involvement of STRADE BAUUNTERNEHMUNG SRL and INFRAVIS S.R.L., in collaboration with Turkey and Romania. -
The consortium of PIZZAROTTI SA and Renova Red S.P.A., with the participation of Switzerland and Italy. "This 14.40-kilometer section connects the Craiova North junction and the village of Ișalnița. The total duration for design and execution is 34 months: 10 months are allocated for design and 24 months for execution. The contract value is 1.96 billion RON and the funding source is the 2021-2027 Transport Program," announced Sorin Grindeanu. The e-vignette section in question is part of the Craiova-Târgu Jiu expressway, and along the section, it will be complemented by 14 technical structures, such as a viaduct and a bridge of high technical complexity.
