Cookie Information

We use cookies on the website (hereinafter: domain, page, site, website, system). These are files that store information in web browsers.

We use cookies in accordance with the EU regulation on electronic communications, Section 155 of Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications, and the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services.

Without cookies that are strictly necessary (technical) for the operation of the website, certain functions of the page will not work. The use of all other cookies requires your prior consent, and if you refuse it, the basic functions of the website — browsing and ordering — will remain fully available.

2. Policy on the use of cookies

This policy applies to any domain from which this system is accessible.

3. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that contain smaller sets of code. A cookie is one of the means of exchanging information between the web server and the user's browser. These data files are not executable in themselves, do not contain malicious programs, and do not access the user's data storage devices.

4. What can cookies be used for?

Cookies allow the browser session to be identified, so that the system operates securely and continuously, and an order already started is not lost.

5. List of cookies used on the website

Mandatory (technical) cookies – necessary for the basic operation of the website; their legal basis is not your consent, but the strict necessity under Section 155 of Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications, and the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (secure operation of the system):

Analytics and marketing cookies: the website currently does not use any analytics or marketing cookies, and does not embed any external advertising or statistical scripts. Should we use such cookies in the future, they would be placed exclusively on the basis of your prior, explicit consent, and would be itemised in this table.

6. Managing consent

The website uses a cookie consent banner, which manages consent in three categories:

  • Essential: cookies necessary for the operation of the website, which cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics: cookies for statistical purposes, which can be switched on and off at any time (currently there are no such cookies).
  • Marketing: cookies for advertising and conversion measurement purposes, which can be switched on and off at any time (currently there are no such cookies).

Refusing consent is just as easy as granting it, and consent may be withdrawn at any time, just as easily, in the cookie settings menu. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal (Article 7(3) GDPR).

7. Data transfers to third countries

In connection with the security cookie placed by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States of America), data may be transferred to the USA. This takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission.

8. Do cookies contain personal data?

The cookies listed do not in themselves identify you personally. However, the session identifier and the security data linked to the IP address may qualify as personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.

9. Your rights

You have the right to information and access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time (Article 7(3)).

Right to object: You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest. In the event of your objection, we shall cease the processing, unless it is justified by compelling legitimate grounds.

10. Legal remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; www.naih.hu), and you may also bring an action before a court (Article 79 GDPR) and claim compensation (Article 82 GDPR).

11. Data security

Data transmission takes place over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). The system may only be accessed by authorised staff members, access is logged, and regular backups are made of the data. We have concluded agreements with our data processors in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

12. Managing and deleting cookies

Browsers may allow the placement of cookies by default. You may delete cookies in the browser you use at any time, and you may customise the individual settings.

A detailed description of the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Notice.
