The construction of the Sibiu-Făgăraș e-vignette, a project significant to Romania's infrastructure, has begun with the involvement of a Turkish construction consortium. The project's implementation requires significant manpower, involving approximately one thousand workers, reports Știrile ProTV. To attract construction experts, the contractor offers competitive salaries that can reach up to 9,000 lei net for experienced workers.
Additionally, a residential module camp is available for those participating in the project. The builders have already started creating technological roads that are essential for moving machinery and workers. A camp that can accommodate 500 workers has been set up in Cârța. Recruitment is ongoing, with a particular focus on personnel specialized in handling construction machinery. Salaries here start at a net amount of 5,000 lei but can increase significantly due to overtime and night work.
The e-vignette between Sibiu and Făgăraș will be 68 kilometers long, including 7 road junctions and 12 viaducts. It will take over part of the traffic from the DN1 road, thereby becoming a strategic alternative route for the Olt Valley, facilitating a reduction in travel time between Bucharest and Sibiu.
